Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been prepared, collected, or delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at dessertboutique.wroclaw@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if eligible, offer a replacement or partial refund.

All custom orders (including cakes made to order) are non-refundable.

Taste preferences are subjective and are not a valid reason for refund.
