Delivery Area
Dessert Boutique provides delivery within Wrocław and selected surrounding areas. Delivery availability depends on the delivery address and current operational capacity. If your location is outside the standard delivery zone, availability is confirmed individually before order acceptance.
Delivery Lead Times
We offer the following fulfillment options depending on product complexity and availability:
- 24-hour fulfillment – available for selected products when the order is paid by 13:00
- 48-hour fulfillment
- 72-hour fulfillment
Products eligible for fast fulfillment are clearly marked on the website. Custom or complex orders may require longer preparation times, confirmed individually.
Delivery Schedule & Time Windows
Deliveries are made on selected days and within time slots available at checkout.
All delivery times are approximate. Delivery at an exact hour or minute cannot be guaranteed due to traffic conditions, route planning, and weather.
Delivery Procedure
- The courier may contact the recipient by phone at the provided number.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave the order with another person at the delivery address or with reception/secretariat (for offices, hospitals, or similar locations).
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient’s absence and lack of contact, the order will be returned to the bakery.
- A second delivery attempt may be arranged for an additional fee.
The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
Order Processing
All cakes and desserts are prepared fresh.
Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next working day.
- Standard products: prepared according to the schedule shown at checkout
- 24-hour offer items: prepared within 24 hours
- Custom or special orders: preparation time confirmed individually via the Contact Us page
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and order details. The final delivery cost is displayed before order confirmation.
Pickup Option
Customers may choose bakery pickup instead of delivery.
Pickup address and available time slots are provided at checkout. Orders must be collected within the selected pickup window.
Receiving the Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery time. Cakes and desserts are delicate products and require careful handover.
If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address details or recipient absence, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
Product Responsibility After Delivery
Once the order is delivered or collected, responsibility for proper storage and handling transfers to the customer.

Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, or force majeure. Customers will be informed as soon as possible in such cases.
